- Complete Team Name (eg. CCS Strykers)
- Age Group & Gender (eg. U12 Girls)
- Image # (eg. 3277)
- Print size (eg. 8x10)
- Print finish & border (eg. glossy or matte; white border or non-border)
- Quantity of prints for each image
- Contact name and phone number.

Other sizes are available on request -- please email for pricing. Shipping is additional and will depend on size and quantity of prints; however, you will have the option of picking up your prints if that is more convenient.
Once I have verified that your images are suitable for printing, I will contact you regarding delivery and payment of your photos. Photos will be printed matte and non-border, unless specified.
